Refund and Return Policy

General Policy

Field Science Limited is committed to customer satisfaction.

Refunds or replacements are considered under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  • A refund or replacement may be granted if:
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival.
  • The service paid for was not rendered as agreed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized, perishable, or special-order goods.
  • Digital or ICT services already delivered.
  • Goods damaged by customer misuse or neglect.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days through the original payment channel (Flutterwave, Paystack, etc… or bank transfer).

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment or commencement of service, subject to a processing fee if costs have been incurred.
